How does gmarket earn money




















Hi there, I transferred money for the first time into my gaccount. I did this last Friday at a ATM and now it's Tuesday, and the money still hasn't appeared in my gaccount. Do you know how long it takes? My money has to be in the account by the 27th, otherwise my order will be canceled. Perhaps you could give it 3 working days? I do not think it will take a week, otherwise there must be a problem somewhere, be it the bank or the account But because i was overseas for 3 weeks at that time and when i come and wanted to go and collect my things, i have been told that it has been returned back to sender to Korea.

I have tried to email gmarket customer service via their website and i have not received anything from them for 3 days now. Can you please let me know what's the procedure normaly?

Perhaps you could try the Gmarket Facebook page to attempt to get a quicker response? Also, keep in mind that it has been the weekend the past 3 days, so probably the people replying the emails do not work on weekends?

Perhaps you could try sending them another inquiry tomorrow? I have never used Paypal, but I do not think ID checks are required I just registered to Gmarket and I wanted to purchase items. Hence, most pages have options in Korean.

However, Customer Service is more likely to respond to messages sent via the Enquiry form, link also located on the Help page, right under the email address or via the "Contact Us" button. Your best bet is the Enquiry form, they usually respond pretty quick during working hours.

Do you know how to use paypal express checkout? I'm having problems with it. It keeps asking for credit card or debit card info. All the tutorials I've seen didn't require that also. Mio Meow As stated before many times , "The payment for the cancelled items will be refunded to the method you paid with. Keep in mind that funds take time to transfer, perhaps you could wait a couple of days? You should be asking either PayPal or Gmarket where your refund is, they're the ones actually handling your money, so they would know best! It happened because when the delivery guy went to deliver to your address, you were not around to receive the package.
